Historic black and white photos and contemporary color photographs at the Portland Photography Gallery that features pictures of the Portland Oregon area history from 1870, 1880, 1890, 1900s, 1910s, 1920s, 1930s, and 1940s, and 1950s by photographers Al Monner, Allan deLay, Ray Atkeson and others that reflect Oregon's urban and rural heritage.

Search a thousand historical and contemporary photos for downtown, SW, SE, and NW Portland as well as the Willamette River, people, parks such as Laurelhurst and Washington, bridges, downtown streets (Washington, Stark, Burnside, Morrison, Yamhill, Alder, and others), photographs citywide of avenues, (Broadway, Sixth, Fifth, and Thirtyninth), trolleys, cars, trains, architecture, and views of Mt Hood.

Portland bridge photos: click to see black and white historic and contemporary color photos of the Fremont Bridge, the Broadway Bridge, the Steel Bridges, the Burnside Bridges, the Morrison Bridges, the Hawthorne Bridge, the Ross Island Bridge,the BN railroad bridge, and the Interstate Bridge over the Columbia River.
